All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in service restrictions.
Initial consultations are complimentary. Extended design consultations or specialized services may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed prior to scheduling.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
We accept:
Special orders and custom installations may require a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of the total purchase price.
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Please report defects within 48 hours of delivery.
Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
Installation services performed by our team are warranted for 1 year from the date of completion. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not extend to product defects.
Warranties do not cover:
Delivery fees vary based on location and product size. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Professional installation is available for most products. Installation quotes are provided separately and are valid for 30 days. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space, electrical, and plumbing connections as specified.
Please inspect all products upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Western Wholesale Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier delays, or transportation disruptions.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Western Wholesale Supply or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
